Martin Klubeck

Martin Klubeck is a strategy and planning consultant in the Office of Information Technologies at the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN. Martin has a Masters in human resource development from Webster University. He has published numerous articles on metrics, taught occupational leadership studies for Purdue University, and received the Quality Improvement Advocate award for his work in teaching quality management principles. Marty is an accomplished public speaker and personal career coach.

He is the President and founder of the Consortium for the Establishment of Information Technology Performance Standards (www.ceitps.org) and is currently working on a book on using measures for improvement (metrics).

Michael Langthorne

After several years in television news, Michael Langthorne has worked at the University of Notre Dame for 24 years as a director and project manager. Michael has published articles in numerous professional journals since 1978 and he was the distinguished recipient of a 1992 award from the International Communication Industries Association. Over the years Michael has consulted with a variety of companies and organizations, and has presented at conferences in the U.S., Ireland, France, Canada and Mexico.

Donald Padgett

Don Padgett has co-authored and presented writings focused on organizational improvement for nearly a decade and continues to ensure his day to day clients and conference attendees’ benefit from his experience.

In 1996, Don intermixed 15 years of IT sales and marketing management experience with IT support when he accepted a position with the Information Technologies department at the University of Notre Dame. In 1999, he began presenting at conferences and in 2006 he co-hosted a full day pre-conference workshop which spurred the relationship and basis of this book. In addition to his work at the University he is a small business owner and a Charter Board Member of The Consortium for the Establishment of Information Technology Performance Standards (CEITPS).

Don continues to work at his passion - helping others achieve professional excellence and promoting value-add recognition at home and work.
